Clause 1

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and juta88 ("juta88", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://juta88.cam, together with all subpages, services, games, promotions and features offered therein.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the Platform, making a deposit or participating in any game or betting market, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the juta88 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised version.

KYC	Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals and certain account actions.
Wagering Requirement	The number of times a bonus amount must be staked in eligible games before associated winnings may be withdrawn.
MYR / RM	Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency referenced throughout the Platform.
Prohibited Territory	Any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is expressly restricted by applicable law.

Clause 3

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on juta88, you must at all times satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Casino-style gambling is strictly reserved for adults aged 21 and above.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your own personal use. Corporate or representative registrations are not permitted without prior written consent from juta88.

• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended or terminated by juta88 for a breach of these Terms.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.

Clause 4

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each Player is permitted to hold a single registered account with juta88. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent closure of all associated accounts.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 KYC Document Requirements

juta88 may request the following documents before processing withdrawals or where required by its compliance obligations:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian NRIC, passport or equivalent)
• Proof of address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Payment method verification (screenshot of linked account, card front image where applicable)
• Source of funds documentation for high-value transactions

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by juta88 may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must notify juta88 immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access or suspected compromise of your account.

Clause 5

Deposits & Payments

juta88 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX and selected cryptocurrency networks including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Tether (USDT).

5.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Standard minimum deposit amounts begin at RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Limits displayed at the point of transaction are binding and supersede any figures quoted in general marketing materials.

5.2 Deposit Processing

E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly to the Player's account balance. FPX and bank transfer deposits may take 5–15 minutes to reflect, depending on the participating financial institution and current network conditions.

5.3 Third-Party Payments

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous sources or shared payment instruments are prohibited and may trigger an immediate compliance review.

5.4 Cryptocurrency Deposits

Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in BTC, ETH and USDT at the prevailing rate at the time of network confirmation. juta88 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations, network delays or errors caused by incorrect wallet address entry. A 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus of up to MYR 688 may be available to eligible accounts subject to current promotion terms and wagering conditions.

Clause 6

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification, the absence of pending wagering requirements on bonus funds, and satisfactory completion of any required compliance review. juta88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing any withdrawal.

6.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not technically possible, juta88 will contact the Player to agree an alternative verified method.

6.2 Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed within one to three business days following submission. Processing times may be extended during compliance reviews, public holidays or periods of high demand. juta88 does not guarantee same-day processing.

6.3 Withdrawal Fees

juta88 does not ordinarily charge internal processing fees on standard withdrawals. Third-party bank or network fees charged by payment providers are the Player's responsibility and will be deducted from the disbursed amount where applicable.

Clause 7

Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions offered by juta88 — including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback schemes, VIP rewards and referral credits — are subject to individual promotion terms that must be read in full before participation. General bonus principles are set out below.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the relevant promotion before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Wagering requirements apply exclusively to bonus funds unless otherwise stated; real money balances may be withdrawn at any time subject to Clause 6.

7.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific game contribution percentages are listed in each individual promotion's terms. Participation in ineligible games while a bonus is active may not contribute toward satisfying wagering obligations.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the applicable promotion — typically within 7 to 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Expired bonus funds and related winnings are forfeited automatically.

7.4 Abuse and Exploitation

juta88 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim bonus funds and derived winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, irregular wagering patterns designed to circumvent contribution calculations, or coordinated exploitation across multiple players.

Clause 8

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets offered on juta88 are governed by their individual game rules, which are made available within the game interface. By participating, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the applicable rules.

8.1 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game and market. juta88 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice, including for individual accounts where irregular patterns are detected.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system failure or game malfunction, all affected bets and game rounds may be declared void. juta88 shall not be liable for any losses or expected winnings relating to a malfunctioning game session. Where malfunction results in an erroneous credit, juta88 reserves the right to reverse such credits regardless of subsequent wagering activity.

8.3 Sports Betting Markets

Sports betting markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UFC and other international events are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market type. Winnings are calculated on the basis of final confirmed results. juta88 does not accept responsibility for errors in third-party data feeds used to settle markets.

Clause 9

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the juta88 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without explicit written authorisation from juta88
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete identification information during registration or KYC
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to process proceeds of unlawful activity
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or other automated systems to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or wagering
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match fixing or any coordinated strategy to defraud juta88 or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt or circumvent any part of the Platform's security or software
• Opening multiple accounts to claim promotional offers more than once
• Transferring account balances or access credentials to third parties

Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including name, date of birth, address, identity documents and payment information — is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, and service delivery. juta88 does not sell personal data to third parties.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by juta88, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Requests should be submitted in writing to the contact details provided in Clause 15.

Clause 12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, juta88 excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Service interruptions, technical failures, maintenance periods or third-party system errors beyond juta88's reasonable control
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to secure account credentials or to notify juta88 of unauthorised access
• Changes to game availability, market suspension or result corrections made in accordance with applicable game rules

Nothing in these Terms shall limit juta88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Clause 13

Amendments to These Terms

juta88 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any revision will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the change.

Clause 14

Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Players wishing to close their account should contact juta88 through the support contact provided in Clause 15. Any Real Money Balance outstanding at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with Clause 6, subject to satisfactory KYC.

juta88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account — with or without prior notice — in circumstances including but not limited to: material breach of these Terms, confirmed fraud or attempted fraud, money laundering concerns, provision of false registration information, age verification failure, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

Where an account is terminated by juta88 due to a breach, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings shall be forfeited. Real Money Balances may be withheld pending investigation and, where applicable, returned to the verified original payment method.
